YOUR INFORMATION

We keep this short and plain. The Beast Card collects only what it needs to give you stamps and rewards.

WHO WE ARE

WHAT WE COLLECT

• From Google, when you sign in: your name, email address and a Google account ID. We never see your Google password.
• Your birthday, if you choose to add it: month and day only. We never ask for or store the year.
• Your Beast Card activity: the receipt number, eligible amount, date and time of each stamp or reward, and which crew member entered it.
• Beast Challenge: your category, score, date, the crew member who ran it, whether you're under 18 (with a guardian present), and whether you agreed to be filmed and posted.
• Your email choices: whether you switched on reward reminders and/or news & Double Stamp Day emails, and a record of the emails we sent you.

We don't collect your phone number, address, location or payment details for the Beast Card.

WHY WE USE IT

• To run your Beast Card: show your QR, count your stamps, issue and redeem rewards, and issue your birthday credit.
• To keep the program fair: one card per receipt, and every stamp traceable to a real purchase.
• To see how the program is doing as a whole (for example, how many rewards were used this month).

Beast Board: Challenge scores that reach a tier are shown publicly with your first name and last initial. Your full name is shown only if you agreed to be filmed and posted. Ask us any time to remove your name from the board.

Emails: we only email you if you switch it on in your Beast Card, and only about what you chose. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works without signing in, and you can switch emails off in your card any time. Emails are sent from beastroph@gmail.com.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

WHO ELSE HANDLES IT

Only the services that make the Beast Card work: Google (sign-in), Supabase (our secure database, hosted in Singapore), Gmail (sends the emails you chose) and Netlify (hosts this website). Inside Beastro, only our crew, managers and owners can see card details, and only what they need at the counter.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

For as long as you have a Beast Card. Stamp and reward records are permanent by design, so balances can't be changed after the fact. If you close your card, we remove your name, email and birthday, and keep only the anonymous stamp records.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or close your card and have your details removed. Message us and we'll respond within 15 days. You can also contact the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
